3:54 PM - Positive global cues kept the market up today, but it lost quite a lot of its morning gains to profit booking by the end of the day. Sensex closed at 15,395, up 206 points from the previous close. Nifty shut shop at 4572, up 55 points. CNX Midcap and BSE Smallcap indices gained 1% and 1.2% respectively. The day belonged to realty, banking and IT stocks that attracted huge buying interest. Top Sensex gainers include ICICI Bank, Reliance Infrastructure and Bharti Airtel, while losers were Hindalco, BHEL and Reliance Communications, among others.

So at higher levels, one can go short or book profits, he suggests. The brokerage sees the Nifty coming down to 4053 in the next 3-4 weeks, he says.
